Tomatoes stuffed with rice


ingredients:
 6-7 tomatoes
  1 cup of rice
 4 cups water
1 carrot
 Salt and pepper
 oil
 some small cubes of cheese (if you prefer)

 Preparation:

 Wash tomatoes and cut them a cap, then picks the contents with a spoon, taking care not to break the walls red. Allow to drain, then give the inside with salt and pepper.
